Orcas Island has been my home for over 20 years, where raising a family and sharing life with this island community has been graced by the beauty of sea and landscape. I am grateful to be part of a healing atmosphere. I have my certification as a Bowenwork practitioner with the Bowenwork Academy, USA, have studied with the Upledger Institute, and practice both craniosacral therapy and Bowenwork.

A head injury set me on a path of discovery of craniosacral work for my own healing. My interests in anatomy, physics, and health combined with academic study and professional background in both biology and psychology have made CST a good fit for me. I have studied with the Upledger Institute, the Chikly Health Institute, and incorporate the methods of Jean Pierre Barral in working with the soft tissue surrounding the cranial nerves into my practice.
