A more user-friendly and secure patient portal experience.
The transition will be completed on 1/06/2025. During this time, there may be brief disruptions in accessing your medical records or communicating via the portal.
Action Needed: You will need to sign up for the new patient portal to continue to access your medical information. You will receive an email with instructions and access details.
What to Expect:
Payments and Billing: Payments and billing will transition to the new system at a later date. You will continue to receive statements using our current process.
Website Access: You will still be able to make appointments and access the patient portal from our website.
Appointment Management: The new patient portal allows you to cancel or reschedule your appointment directly, instead of needing to go back and forth with the office.
Chat System: Instead of using text messaging, we will be transitioning to a new chat system available within the portal and mobile app. This will provide a more integrated and secure way to communicate with your care team.
Prescription Refills: You will now be able to request prescription refills directly through the new patient portal for added convenience.
